Chairman
Gerald Lincoln is the Chairman of Lincoln Realty Group. He has more than two decades experience in the Real Estate sector. He is currently the Country Managing Partner of Ernst & Young in Mauritius.
Gerald Lincoln has also over 25 years of working experience and extensive experience in transaction advisory services including corporate valuations, feasibility studies, restructuring, cost cutting, and all corporate finance related issues; facilitating some of the largest mergers and acquisitions deals in Mauritius.
He is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds a BSc (Economics) - London School of Economics and Political Science Faculty (Accounting & Finance).

Michael Chung Kai Shing is presently the CEO of Lincoln Realty Group. Michael has also over 25 years' experience in finance and administration of which over 15 years in parallel in the Real Estate sector.
Prior to joining the Real Estate Sector, Michael worked as retail manager for more than 10 years for one of the leading hotel groups in Mauritius where he oversaw the operations of 14 retail outlets and central laundry.
Michael worked as General Manager for Nexteracom Group prior joining Lincoln Realty Group. Michael is a fellow Certified Chartered Accountant and a member of the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants. (MIPA).
