Meet the Team
Gerald Lincoln is currently the Country Managing Partner of Ernst & Young in Mauritius and the Chairman of Lincoln Realty Group.
He was previously the Chairman of Nexteracom Group, before creating Lincoln Realty Group with Michael Chung Kai Shing in 2019.
Gerald Lincoln has over 25 years of working experience in transaction advisory services including corporate valuations, feasibility studies, restructuring, cost cutting, and all corporate finance related issues; facilitating some of the largest mergers and acquisitions deals in Mauritius.
He is a fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds a BSc (Economics) - London School of Economics and Political Science Faculty (Accounting & Finance).

Michael Chung Kai Shing
Michael Chung Kai Shing has more than 15 years of experience in finance and administration.
He was for the past 8 years the General Manager of Nexteracom Group where he was responsible for the project analysis and feasibilities studies of the Group.
Prior to joining Nexteracom Group, Michael worked as Retail Manager for more than 10 years for one of the leading hotel groups in Mauritius where he oversaw the operations of 14 retail outlets.
He is a fellow Certified Chartered Accountant and a member of the Mauritius Institute of professional accountants (MIPA).
